It borrows techniques from traditional music therapy and includes exercises directed at toning the muscles and increasing flexibility. Biomusic is considered a means of subconciously balancing one’s own emotions and initializing a process of personal development. As previously mentioned, it uses a synthesis of different music therapy techniques, but with a holist view on health and healing.

The goal of biomusic is to help individuals gain awareness through sound, in order to assist them during their process of personal growth. It does not purport to fix any physical or mental conditions, but rather hopes to enlighten by balancing the individual’s vital centers through the use of rhythm, melody, and harmony.
