Should alternative medicine be contemplated by HMO’s? If so, which therapies?

Actually, that's a great idea! I hadn't thought of that. It might be a great way for them to save money on treatments and medication.

well, I guess it would take a lot of lobbying for that to happen. So, at first there should be some kind of study as to which alt therapies are most sought out, and start including only these in the HMO plan. In California, I believe, acupuncture is included in the plan, while other therapies aren´t. It´s a good idea, but it will take a lot of work
