PROVIDER CODE OF ETHICS


Effective as of: January 19, 2009

As a provider (“Provider”) offering, selling, advertising, or promoting your services on www.ombai.com (the “Site”), you agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics:


  • - To hold and maintain a commitment to quality therapeutic services;

  • - To not endanger the physical, mental or emotional health, well-being or safety of a client;

  • - To not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, and skills;

  • - To acknowledge your limitations, skills and abilities and refer clients to appropriate health professionals when necessary;

  • - To conduct yourself with honest and integrity, and to respect the inherent worth of all individuals;

  • - To clearly disclose your policies and fees, if any, before providing services to a client;

  • - To safeguard and respect the confidentiality of the provider-client relationship unless disclosure is compelled by law or necessary to protect the safety of others;

  • - To respect the right of any client to refuse, modify or terminate services regardless of any prior consent to the contrary;

  • - To meet the client’s needs for comfort and privacy when performing services;

  • - To avoid conflicts with your duty to act in the best interest of the client;

  • - To respect the client’s reasonable expectations of professional behavior whenever offering or providing professional services.


Any absence or omission of any practice or value within this Code of Ethics shall not serve as an endorsement of such practice or value. The Provider is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethics. Providers are also bound by the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service available at Terms of Service
